We work with leaders and their teams to help them define how they are going to work together, and how they are going to lead the organisation. Our approach leans on some core theoretical frameworks, including Patrick Lencioni’s “5 Dysfunctions of a Team” and the ‘6 Team Conditions’ which evolved from research out of Harvard University, but is tailored to each client’s situation and needs.
